So I have went here a couple of times the last month. The first time I went my nails were good. The second time I went, I had an appointment for dip nails and a pedicure. I had proof of where I had txt to make my appointment. We ll they only had me down for my nails. 3 ladies in there working, ok… only 2 had clients, the third one couldn’t do my pedicure because she was babysitting for one of the other girls working! Next I asked for mat nails, I got shiny ant to top it off I got my nails done a week ago ok. Well the gel top coat that they put on is coming off and looks awful. I went here years ago when it was ran by the original owner and it was great… sadly I won’t be back! This last time was a waist of time and money!

Do not visit this establishment. Their sign outside says walk ins welcome. But when you walk in it’s different. I went there today to get mine and a family members nails done for a funeral Friday. The place wasn’t busy but when asked for 2 full sets we were told there was no availability today. The reason for no availability was a nail tech was on the job getting her nails done and this business chose to do an employee’s nails over two paying customers. All around staff was rude and dismissive.

Took 1.5 hours for my mom and I to get a pedicure. Women were not trained and did not know what they were doing. Toenail polish was clumpy, didn’t know how to cut out an ingrown toenail, “warm” towels were cold. The people seemed nice, just did a bad job. Pedicure
