Critical: ProfessionalismI chose this place because it’s right next to my job and I could just walk over after work. I went in awhile back to have my bangs trimmed. There was a long wait because they were pretty busy. I did not mind the wait. I had one more person in front of me. When I thought I was going to be next, the lady just walked to the back without saying a word to the people in the waiting area. She did some cleaning up and just left. I feel that she should have practiced better customer service by taking a minute to explain the wait time to the people in line. When I was finally seen, they did not apologise for the hour and a half wait. I also wasn’t happy with the result of the trim.I feel like they really need to work on their customer service skills. I may consider giving them another chance as their location is very convenient for me. I chose this place because it’s right next to my job and I could just walk over after work. I went in awhile back to have my bangs trimmed. There was a long wait because they were pretty busy. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in on a Saturday with my husband. The woman that cut my hair was there alone. She seemed to be so busy that she was just rushing through hair cuts and not caring about quality. My hair turn out to be lopsided by an inch. I asked for one thing to keep bangs above eyebrow which was not done. And also getting frustrated because my hair was so thick the layers were taking longer. As well as when my husband got a hair cut from her he said she hurt him pretty bad because hse was rushing full speed. She pulled worse than when he got his hair cut off for basic training for military and they are told to rush and not care. Worse experience ever. As well as she did not clean the hair from chair from person before me and with covid going on was very unprofessional. I went in on a Saturday with my husband. The woman that cut my hair was there alone. She seemed to be so busy that she was just rushing through hair cuts and not caring about quality. Critical: Quality, ValueI went and got my 2 kids haircuts. First she cut my first daughters hair uneven and missed spots, then she cut my youngest hair about 2 inches shorter than what I wanted, and missed cutting some spots. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady that cut my daughters hair did awful. It was SO UNEVEN! And as she was telling me 2 of the employees that work there were home sick, her mask was off her mouth and nose. I have a newborn and high risk husband. You need to do better.
