Critical: ProfessionalismI used to go here all the time to get my nails done and they always did a great job until the last few times. The lady has a horrible attitude and is not professional at all. I went in there today and she kept rolling her eyes, sighing really loud, and mumbling under her breath the whole time she was doing my nails! I work in customer service and you never act that way towards a customer! Especially since I’m paying you over $40! If she hadn’t been so rough when doing my nails maybe my hands wouldn’t have tensed up. I used to go here all the time to get my nails done and they always did a great job until the last few times. The lady has a horrible attitude and is not professional at all. I went in there today and she kept rolling her eyes, sighing really loud, and mumbling under her breath the whole time she was doing my nails! I work in customer service and you never act that way towards a customer! Especially since I’m paying you over $40! Judy is always learning the up to date styles & techniques. Although, you may spend a bit of time during your appointment just know that you will always leave as a happy customer! People always compliment me on my nails. Which only reinforces awesome work! The staff is friendly and always caters to my disabilities & personal needs!
