After reading recommendations on Facebook decided to give My Nail Spa a try for my 11year old daughters first experience at having her nails done. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Katie did a wonderful job with the dip and wave design on all nails. Very reasonably priced. Will be back the nex time I decide to treat my daughter .

My sister and I had the best pedicures here today, Mary and Katie did a fantastic job! The salt scrub was wonderful and we got nice long massages. I also got a dip manicure and it wasn’t too thick or too thin. I recently tried the place across the street and it was not nearly as good of an experience. Will definitely be back here! Terrible customer service. Went in Friday morning to get my nails done. Jessica did the wrong color. Talked to her and Tom about them. They agreed to fix them Saturday at 4. They cancelled my appointment because “I didn’t confirm”. I asked for a refund so I can go somewhere else to get them done, they said no and rescheduled me again for 5:45PM. Once I got there, Tom only took my nails off. It was about 6:20 by the time my nails were off, he did not redo my nails. He said I can reschedule or get a refund because they were closing at 7. It’s my birthday weekend and I was highly disappointed. I would have just left them on if he wasn’t going to redo them like he said.

My mother and I went to get our nails done. I always use dip. I came in with a broke nail on one finger. She literally made my nails different shapes and lengths. I got so much attention on how messed up they were. The man did say he would fix but come on that lady knew my nails were messed up before I got out of her chair. I said I don’t like that my nails are different lengths when she was doing them and she just laughed me off and continued to do them. Will not come back

Whoever removed the nail polish from my fingernails did not know what they were doing! Instead of lightly drilling off the polish, they drilled into my nail beds and cracked my nails. She had the audacity to say my nails were so thin. Not true. I have had extremely strong nails for as long as I can remember. I didn’t think they would recover and ever get strong again but luckily they eventually did but it took an extremely long time; a year later I was still concerned about my nails. Enter at your own risk!
