Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe staff is so wonderful! They are sweet, caring, quick, efficient and super helpful. I walked in without an appointment and they were kind of busy so as time passed I realized I was running late for the airport and I asked if 2 people could work on my nails and toes at the same time to go faster and they accommodated me very quickly. They worked efficiently, fast and my nails look absolutely perfect! I really appreciate their help and flexibility with me. The staff is so wonderful! They are sweet, caring, quick, efficient and super helpful. I walked in without an appointment and they were kind of busy so as time passed I realized I was running late for the airport and I asked if 2 people could work on my nails and toes at the same time to go faster and they accommodated me very quickly. They worked efficiently, fast and my nails look absolutely perfect! I really appreciate their help and flexibility with me. It stayed on for 2 days (polish usually stays on me forever). I in no way got what I asked for. You could see through the thinly applied gel layers. The place was filthy. She did an amazing job and they look very clean. $60 was a little pricey but worth the quality. I would recommend.Service: Manicure

The hand massage lasted two minutes and never higher than my wrist. The pedicure water was so hot I had to ask four time to cook it down. Left there with just as much Dry skin on my feet then when I arrived. No massage at least a terrible massage. Do not recommend this spa to anyone. It was the worst experience ever. My daughter took me to get a manicure and pedicure. The women cut three of my cuticle and made them bleed. The hand massage lasted two minutes and never higher than my wrist. The pedicure water was so hot I had to ask four time to cook it down. Picked a color and as he started painting my nails I noticed it didn’t really match the color I had picked so I said something but he continued to paint anyway and did not attempt to find a color that I wanted. Got no hand massage. Continue to pedicure and they supposedly gave me a matching color but is way off. I was there 1.5 hours so I really didn’t have more time for them to fix it. Also thought it was more pricey than some other places in the area I will not be returning here again.
