Two stars for speedy service. But unfortunately at the expense of quality. My son’s cut was horrible and butchered, not even at all. So very disappointed, and it was his first hair cut at a salon. I overheard how our hairdresser was tired and had been working long shifts, so I understand that, but it is too bad she did not care to do a quality job, even on a 3 year old. The last thing that rubbed me wrong was how she expected a tip. I always tip but when the hairdresser is vocal about it, it was just awkward. If I do go back here, only because it’s close and convenient, I know which hairdresser to avoid. Sorry for the bad review, hate to do it.

Stay away from Zoyla, this old lady can’t cut hair at all. I don’t know why I didn’t Learn my lesson from my previous visit. All I wanted was a my side trimmed and faded instead she cut way too high and no fade..mop head haircut. I even explained that I had to grow out my side from the last screw up. This haircut is worse then last one. I asked for a managers phone number and she refused said no manager at this location anymore. Called Corp office and they are sending an email to the franchise owner. I will update the review after someone reach out to me and see how they want to resolve the matter.

1st time at this great clips. There was only one lady cutting hair and there were 4 of us waiting to get our hair cut when she opened the doors. She did a great job cutting hair and taking care of all 4 of us in a timely and caring matter. I would go back to her again. Other stylist were late but she still took care of all her customers.

I usually go to the 1 in cedar hill I’ve been going there for like 3 yrs. But after that tragic accident that happened I went to the 1 in red oak. Well I went in and I just needed a clean up,a light trim was I needed. But they said I had to get a full haircut for $17.00. The lady who cut my hair last there cut it waay too short,so I was trying to let it grow back out,but wanted just a trim. Well needless to say won’t be going back there. It’s sad because I’m always a great tipper. Their loss not mine.
