Critical: Quality, ValueI’m so done!! I originally came in for a fill in. Was my second time trying them and ask for black cat eye gel polish. The nail tech said he could do what was on the mannequin but failed. My nails came out green. By that time, I was in a hurry and just him told to give me a matte top coat. Was so disappointed in the outcome but I was in a hurry. Well the next day a nail came off and polish was chipping. Went in to get it fixed and ended up paying $15 for a regular gel top coat and design. Two days later another nail chipped off along with another one of my nails polish peeling off. This time I called the owner and she told me to come in. I did..this time the nail tech drilled the polish off and repolished the nail instead of adding more acrylic to the chip. Now one nail is crooked. Three days later I lost another nail. I’m so over it I cannot enjoy my nails that I spent my hard earned money on and it hasn’t even be two weeks. I’m so done!! I originally came in for a fill in. Was my second time trying them and ask for black cat eye gel polish. The nail tech said he could do what was on the mannequin but failed. My nails came out green. By that time, I was in a hurry and just him told to give me a matte top coat. Was so disappointed in the outcome but I was in a hurry. Critical: Professionalism, QualityOoookay, so I went here yesterday for the first time. Got there at 5:58. They close at 7:30. I originally asked for a pedicure and a gel manicure. But as the pedicure was going, I requested tips, a full set. So the pedicure was terrible. My toenails were not filed. Only cut with the clipper so they’re a weird round shape. The polish is uneven and he, Peter, missed some spots. When I asked him to make corrections on the shape, he told me my nail bed was too short for him to square the nail. It’s not and there was plenty of nail to work with. After the less than great pedicure, he proceeded to try to fix a broken thumb nail I had. I asked repeatedly for him to just cut it. I had to ask 4 times for it to be cut. Granted, he misunderstood me about what I wanted when I told him in the pedicure chair. He was trying to fix it so he could just do a gel polish. So after we deciphered what I wanted, I was sent to Tommy’s chair. He did a great job shaping and placing the tips. Except for my thumb, it was crooked but I fixed it. But the polish job is trash. I got mood gel. It’s too thin. See through. On my cuticles. Not on the sides of my nails. Just horrible. I didn’t leave until 7:34. And it cost me 75.75. I’ll be returning today to give them a chance to correct their mistakes, but I’ll never go there again after. 0/10. Would NOT recommend. Ooookay, so I went here yesterday for the first time. Got there at 5:58. They close at 7:30. I originally asked for a pedicure and a gel manicure. This is the second time my nails have come out bad at this place and I’ll NEVER go back. I booked an appointment online in advance with one of the girls who I know does a good job. When I showed up she was off for the day. I was in a hurry so I just asked if someone else could do it. All I wanted was a simple gel manicure. The picture speaks for itself but it doesn’t even show how horrible this manicure really looks. My nails were filed uneven, there’s an air bubble on my middle finger as you can see in the photo, and it already looks like I’ve had these nails for a week even though I just got them done today.
