I have not gotten a service done by this salon yet, though my first impression getting a gift card today, for a Christmas present, was questionable. I decided on this salon based on the spectacular reviews. Though when I came in for the gift card, the receptionist seemed very uninformed of the services they offered. She also seemed very inconvenienced by my questions regarding them. Overall not welcoming, not happy I stopped in and not interested in selling the services I was excited to hear about. I left questioning whether or not I should have purchased this gift card as a gift for my well deserving mother. I hope they perform better than there customer service was today.
