I was in town for a wedding from Houston and got a shellac mani and pedi. Excellent service. Toes still look absolutely perfect two weeks later. Nails were perfect too and probably would have lasted a other week but just removed the gel for a color change. Zero chips. Very clean facilities and nice massage chairs.

Took two kids in to get their nails done. I can’t say I have much in the way of experience with nail salons, however I found the place very nice. It was well lit and clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There was minimal wait time for service. The kids were happy with the results. I am sure we will be back again.

This place is amazing! They’re super clean & very nice. Even the adorable light fixtures, decorations, racks of nail polish have zero dust on them. I just recently received the deluxe pedicure & it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Hot towels, paraffin wax dip, hot stone massage, followed up with a nice long massage of legs and feet. It’s reasonably priced also. Couldn’t ask for anything more!!

Technicians are always friendly, the prices are fair (discount if you pay in cash) and my “up to two weeks” gel polish manicure has lasted me 2 months on multiple occasions – yes my nails are super long but the polish rarely chips. They also.do an excellent spa pedicure. I live in Centreville and make it out there as often as I can.

Qua did a great job on my powder mani with tips. The tips were already applied but he removed the previous powder color and filled in beautifully, listening to my requests for small changes in nail shape. I’m very pleased and will go back.

So, we love the service we get here normally and love that they make and stick to their appointments, but today I’m very disappointed and angered. I called yesterday to make an apt for 2 manicures and pedicures. They only wrote down 1. When I arrived, they refused to honor both and told me I was basically out of luck. Today is my birthday, I was looking forward to this. This evening I have to attend my grandmothers viewing. And now I’m stuck scrambling to find a sub-par place that can squeeze us in all because this place made a mistake they refuse to fix or own up to.

Horrible experience! The tech was so rough and wasn’t paying any attention to scrubbing my feet he took the skin right off my heal. Wasn’t even looking while scrubbing. I winced and pulled my foot away and he applied pressure harder tearing the skin completely away. Before applying polish put the toe dividers in and jammed them in between my toes instead of gently separating and inserting. Once polish was applied, took me up front and left me up there for 30 minutes. Never asked if I like what was done. It wasn’t until I started looking around and another tech came up front and said something did he come back up front. Never helped to remove the toe separators or help to remove the sandals. Just stood at the cash register waiting for me. Never checked to see if polish was indeed dry. Just acted like I was a major inconvenience to his day.
