Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityDion and Nyela were punctual and very skillful. Brought my 3 and a half year old for her first trim an Dion was patient and encouraging. Nyela took excellent care of my natural hair that hasn’t been straightened or trimmed in over a year. I took a chance on the salon since we’ve been in florence about a year and had no clue where to go. Dion and Nyela were punctual and very skillful. Brought my 3 and a half year old for her first trim an Dion was patient and encouraging. Nyela took excellent care of my natural hair that hasn’t been straightened or trimmed in over a year. I took a chance on the salon since we’ve been in florence about a year and had no clue where to go. Critical: PunctualityI called to book and was told to call back in 20 minutes. I couldn’t call back so I booked online. I arrived for the online appointment and was asked what time my appointment was. I said 1:45p. I actually scheduled one at 2:00p too for my daughter. I was told by the cosmetologist that she was getting ready to go and didn’t have time. She told me I should have called to book. She said the next cosmetologist was running late and wouldn’t be there until 2:00, which was the time for the 2nd appointment. She said you’ll have to wait until 2:30p. I’m thinking that she’s booking me for that time. Nope…she starts printing receipts at the register while there’s a customer behind me. I asked is there anything I need to do.
