I got my hair done last Friday in knotless braids and they are just coming out my hair. The owner refuse to fix my braids. It hasn’t been a week yet. Box braids are supposed to last a long time smh

Worst place ever I went to go get platinum locs and they charged me 160 the lady did not know how to do the locs even though she stated several times that she knew how after she finished I said I did not like it and wanted a refund they did not wanna give me my refund back so I asked her to fix it she said she didn’t know how to do it and I was very upset afterwards she gave me a refund back of half of my money overall worst experience of my life do not go here if you want ur hair f’ed up

Very unprofessional. 3 children running around the whole time I was there Michelle didnt even attempt to tell them to behave or sit down. ALSO I asked this lady Michelle yesterday if they have 2 ppl to do boxbraids at a time she told me yes i asked her again before my hair was started she said yes. I got there at 10am.. I literally had to revisit this conversation for michelle to help her sister with my hair at NOON.. Meanwhile kids still running wild VERY INCONSIDERATE… She didnt start to help her until 2pm i literally walked out after my hair was done braided.. They were talking the whole time then wondered off having another conversation i didn’t even care to have my braids dipped in the hot water. I walked at at exactly 4pm..smfh… IM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS SALON.. BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE…

Michelle will braid the hell out of your hair. I suggest you thoroughly detangle and stretch your hair before arriving because they are not gentle with your hair. Prices are fair and the shop is very neat and clean…which is rare for a braid shop.
