OVERCHARGED me for a haircut that I thought would be $7!! I did not like it the first time and asked for a tiny bit more to be cut off and she charged me an extra $8 that she not only didn’t tell me about but was not evened out. Will NEVER be coming here again and going to have to be getting it evened out some place else, I could have gone to a more professional salon that knew what they were doing if I knew the lady here was going to charge me $15 for an unprofessional haircut that was supposed to be $7!!

You get what you pay for and they try to charge you more than the cut is worth. They do not listen to instructions even when there are photos for reference and ignore you when you try to say that you don’t want it cut as short as they are doing.Do not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve gotten a haircut from them before. But I don’t have a preferred hair stylist. I’m not sure the name of the lady who did my hair, and I’ve been holding off on this review. But I went in with my husband on a Friday afternoon around 6:30. They serviced my Husband and I and when I explained that I wanted my hair thinned out they didn’t understand because I’m not very well at speaking Spanish, but another lady was able to tell the hair stylist what I wanted so I trusted her hoping she’d do a good job. She cuts my hair length perfectly, but when it came to the thinning out process she was separating my hair and cutting multiple strands of my hair straight from my roots. And I realized what she was doing too late. So when we walked out I realized I have prickly little hairs all over my head and some were sticking out. I resorted to just buzz cutting all my hair to a short length, so I can try and grow all my hair at the same time. But I went in with my husband on a Friday afternoon around 6:30. You get a decent, no frills haircut for an exceptional price. I’ve been coming here for over a year. There are several hair stylists at any given time so your wait time is always short. You can also request your favorite stylist and make an appointment.
