AMAZING!!!!! My hair has never looked so good. I moved to GB, from the Bay Area and was leaving a Salon I had gone to for 19 years. I was nervous to say the least to find somewhere new. After finding Kabra’s Instagram I knew right away her salon was for me and It was meant to be. She is so kind and welcoming and I trust her 1,000% with my hair. I’ve never had a cut or color the way she does it and I instantly fell in love with her work. I highly recommend Moss Hair Salon.

If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would! I had the worst experience with a stylist here named Bri Caraway. I’m new to the area and was super excited to try her out! She was extremely unprofessional and I left the salon with my hair looking brassy and ORANGE! When I sat in her chair she immediately told me that the person that did my hair prior, “made her job a lot harder”! First off, you NEVER say things like that to a client, second, my hair looked wayyy better than what she did when I walked out of the salon. I brought a few of my clip in extensions in with me, I asked her if she can throw a few pops of color in them to blend with with my hair. Her immediate response was “NO I won’t do that”. She did mention that I can buy extensions through her though and she can put them in for me for a ridiculous price! She was extremely overpriced as well! For the color service she charged me over $200! (My hair is shoulder length and very fine) Please please PLEASE stay away from this stylist unless you want to ripped off or end up with orange brassy hair!

This place is awesome! Was welcomed with a complimentary beverage, (Whisky, Beer, Sparling Water, Coffee, etc), the space is open, clean and inviting… I could hang out here all day! Besides the amazing service, Eduardo gave me an amazing haircut and recommended hair products for me to use to keep my hair looking good until the next appointment. While I was waiting for my cut I got my brows waxed by Brittany… you know, to keep the wife happy! This place had everything I needed and more; left feeling like a new man! Finally found a permanent spot; thank you Moss Hair!!!
