Awful. I went for just a trim. Just even out the back with my sides. It was shoulder length. When I left my hair was cut to just below my ears and one side was way shorter than the other. I left in absolute tears and the only way to get it fixed is to get it cut even shorter. I’ll never be back ever. They didn’t even offer to try to do something to fix it. Worst experience ever.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityTried making an appointment several times. Haircut and color. Was in touch with someone for almost 2 weeks. Kept getting excuses.
