Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueActed nice to our wedding party until it came time to pay, then were rude and impatient and over-charged me, (all they did was curl my hair with a single braid that hung down along the side, all of which I could have easily done myself, then they charged me for an “Up-do”, even though no part of my hair was up). My curls all fell out on the way back to the hotel, so I was scrambling to find a curling iron because my hair was a complete flop. Didn’t bring a curling iron because I didn’t think I would need one after spending $77.00 for someone to curl my hair.
