Corrie has been waxing me for awhile now, starting off with just my brows. I have extremely sensitive skin and she has never made me feel any negative way about it. After several friends, and Corrie herself suggested I try a Brazilian, I couldn’t have ripped the bandaid off (no pun intended) if it hasn’t been for Corrie. She literally makes each appointment feel like you’re grabbing coffee with a friend. It’s cozy, it’s great conversation, it’s a wax that most providers don’t carry so it’s an added bonus for sensitive skins. She’s one of the coolest people you’ll meet. She doesn’t discriminate. Literally couldn’t recommend her more. Plus she is now in her own space and it’s absolutely adorable. Go see her 11/10.

Corrie is the only person who has ever made me feel so at ease during a wax that I genuinely look forward to my appointments. I had been waxed at a different nation-wide chain for years, then had an absolutely harrowing experience at that other studio. Especially when you’re in such a vulnerable position, being physically harmed is so traumatizing. After a few years I decided to try waxing elsewhere and visited Corrie in 2019, and oh man, what a different experience. I have been seeing Corrie for my waxing needs for probably five years now. You will likely never meet another person as heartfelt as Corrie for whatever your waxing needs are. There is ZERO shaming or suggestions about your hair journey (ie another salon repeatedly asked if I had considered waxing my lip with no inquiries ever on that topic). She will ask open ended questions about your thoughts and preferences, educate you on follow up care specific to your body, and leave you smiling and/or thoughtful after some really good conversations (if you want them). I have gone through a few bodily changes during my time with Corrie, and it has never been brought up by her. She accepts you as you are each and every visit.
