This woman did not listen to a word I said. She did what she wanted. I have been growing my brows out for years. I love the messy, bushy look. I was very specific, so specific that I even pointed to the exact places I wanted threaded. THEN- she proceeds to brush them out and cut them… MAKING THEM THINNER AND SHORTER. NOT WHAT I WANTED. THE OLD WOMAN IN THERE CLEARLY DOES NOT TAKE PRIDE IN HER WORK. And that’s assuming that she even knows what she’s doing. It was incredibly painful. If you’re looking for a great threading lounge, hit up Jasmine Lounge. They have several locations but I prefer the one in Honewood. Far superior service than this trash can of a “SPA”

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI normally go to Decatur to get my lashes done. I work in jasper so decided to try this place. Huge mistake. I’m only on day 2 and they are coming off. They hurt and glue is everywhere. I paid $40 for this. In Decatur I pay $35 for brows and lashes to get done and my lashes last 2 weeks. Waste of time and money.

Thought I would try their individual lashes. Glue was EVERYWHERE!!!! Super thick on my eyes and looked a hot mess!! I ask the lady to remove them before I left and she refused to. Kept telling me to leave them on a couple days!! No thank you!! I removed soon as I got home!! They definitely don’t know what they are doing when it comes to lashes!!

The first time I came to get my chin threaded, she insisted I got waxed first, even though I told her I had sensitive skin. When I said I’d just leave if it was too much trouble, she rolled her eyes at me and gestured for me to sit down, then claimed that any hairs that weren’t removed would be my fault. Today I got the wax with no complaints (although she still didn’t, get most of the hairs) but now my eyebrows are ROUND AT THE FRONTS! The first time I came to get my chin threaded, she insisted I got waxed first, even though I told her I had sensitive skin. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS IN THE JASPER LOCATION. They look horrible and not only do they look horrible but she does them wrong. I decided to get them removed bc I hated them so much and she couldn’t even get them all herself. My eyes are swollen and in pain. I’ve tried everything myself and can’t get them off either. Not only that but I was in there for two hours waiting in between other people that had walked in AFTER me to get what they needed done before I got fully treated. I’m beyond upset.

Do not go here! I have had lash extensions for years! Have never went without them! I paid $75 to get them done here and as soon as I left there was only like 6 eyelashes on each eye and they was going in all directions! I went back the next day and asked her to fill in the gaps and she did free of charge.. wish this story ends here but after I had them on for about 5 days since she had used so much glue it started to cake up and harden up like ice cubes & hurt to blink.. from then the next day I had very bad pain in my eyes.. ended up with eye mites by day 7 and had to go to the emergency room! They said it was from the tech using SUPER GLUE and unsanitary tools.. eye mites are like lice! She also used so much glue and put them all over my real lashes so I lost all of my eyelashes & now look like a monster! First pic is after they come off & second pic is the day after she did them! I literally waisted $100!! I’m so bummed
