After going to my primary care doctor who noticed a mole, I called the doctor’s office and the lovely Helen suggested I come in right away! How is that for customer service? Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and immediately out at ease. Helen offered coffee and made me feel like I was at a spa, rather than a doctor’s office. The doctor was excellent and addressed all my concerns. The environment was calming.
