If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly highly recommend anyone to Moona Lashes & Aesthetics! Esmeralda truly knows how to make you feel beautiful. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in for a full set. Had lashes on so she could tell I liked longer lashes. These lashes are so short, and definitely not volumes. When I told her these were so short, and I didn’t like them at all. Instead of trying to fix them she wanted to take them off and charge me over $100 for the removal. I’m sorry I work hard for my money, and my time is also important. Now I have to go somewhere else pay them for removal and a full set. Also terrible customer service. It was apparent just trying to take money, bc she said I’m not keeping my other client waiting. Hello I’m a client as well!!! Paid a $50 non refundable deposit. Went in for a full set. Had lashes on so she could tell I liked longer lashes. These lashes are so short, and definitely not volumes. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis girl was unprofessional. Obviously I like longer lashes which was evident. I never said I didn’t go over 14mm girl stopping making things up. You must be use to doing a poor job and ppl just handing you their hard earned money. I work hard for my money and I’m not just going to hand it to you when you didn’t provide the service I asked for!!!! They’ve been removed. I asked for volumes, and these fans literally have no more than three lashes on each fan. You rush and do a terrible job, and try to over charge. Yes I will stand up for myself. I told you could remove them. I paid you a $50 deposit and you wanted another $60 to remove them I said NO. I don’t want the lashes you refused to remove them bc you’re money hungry m, and want to get over on ppl.So let’s not forget to mention that I asked you to remove them.
