Architec’s and Hero’s Salon

Positive: ProfessionalismI find it hard to believe that anyone would leave a low star rating for this place. I’ve had my hair done a few times at this salon and I have always found the stylists to be very kind and professional. Every time I visit this salon I’m greeted by multiple stylists. They are honest and they will give you their professional opinion if they think something that you’re wanting done may damage your hair or be out of the scope of their offered services. The only issue I’ve ever had with this salon is that my appointment for hair coloring runs a little long, but I also have lots of thick hair so I don’t really see this as an issue with the salon; it’s more of an unforeseeable obstacle for the stylists and something I’ve learned to live with for my type of hair. Regardless, I’ve always been happy with how my hair turned out after my appointments. Josi is my stylist and I think she does a wonderful job. I find it hard to believe that anyone would leave a low star rating for this place. I’ve had my hair done a few times at this salon and I have always found the stylists to be very kind and professional. Every time I visit this salon I’m greeted by multiple stylists. They are honest and they will give you their professional opinion if they think something that you’re wanting done may damage your hair or be out of the scope of their offered services. Critical: ProfessionalismI made my appointment for an all over color and a cut here, and was so excited. I’m a single mom and rarely get a chance for self-care. I had already gotten a babysitter and everything. When I made the appointment, I had told them that my hair was long. I told them what color I wanted. I got to my appointment, on time, with pictures. She went in to go mix the color, amd came out with another stylist, and they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have enough color for my hair. They didn’t apologize, they didn’t offer to go get the color and have me come back later that day, they didn’t offer to still cut my hair. It was so unprofessional, and so disappointing on a personal level. I do not recommend this place. I made my appointment for an all over color and a cut here, and was so excited. I’m a single mom and rarely get a chance for self-care. I had already gotten a babysitter and everything. When I made the appointment, I had told them that my hair was long. I told them what color I wanted. I got to my appointment, on time, with pictures. He gave us tips for keeping our hair healthy when using the beach often.
