Absolutely awful and she charged me more than she originally said. Not only was she on her phone half the time she was doing my nails, but when she told me the price which was more than she said and I told her I would only pay what she originally said (no changes were made to my nails they are plain pink polish) her demeanor totally changed and she stopped smiling yanked my card from me and put the price back to the original and said “ok bye”. And the experience wasn’t the only bad thing. The acrylics were done so poorly that they’re not even completely on my nails they’re sticking to my skin and are seeping into the side crevices of my nails and are causing me EXTREME uncomfort. I’ve gotten my nails done before and they always looked amazing for the same price but this time was just terrible. They look so sloppy and have rough edges on the sides not to mention the splotchy polish. I wish I could get my money back but I probably can’t. Seriously I couldn’t tell you to stay away any more.

Critical: ValueThe nails were ok but I paid 55 for the simple job they did, anywhere else charges around 30 for this. Then they put glitter on my toes without asking and I hate big chunky glitter. Then the piece de resistance, I tokd the tech to just clean up my eyebrows and she completely waxed off the tail off my eyebrows which took me forever to shape properly, the technician just said “you can draw on tail with pencil”. I am a fairly new customer. The 4th time I came in they recognized me right away and told me they accidentally charged me wrong the last time and are going to credit todays service that amount. WOW what great service! I had no idea they charged wrong.

Unprofessional nails spa. All the workers are very rude and their job is not good at all. One of the person was doing my manicure and left it in the middle saying she has another customer. The person who was doing pedicure, did a very bad job. My nail paint came out very next day. Don’t go to this salon at all. Very bad. If I could give negative review, I will.
