Went got my nails done a few days ago, they didn’t even do a full manicure just put my nails on, completely rushing. They look like press on nails you get from Walmart. The lady didn’t even completely smooth them out or even get close to the cuticle.

Well– I wanted to like this place because of the other reviews but unfortunately did not have the best experience. I went for a pedicure. Waited about 20 minutes before they started. The pedicure was just ok. I had shellac polish on my toes. When she was finished, I could see that the polish was still streaked and needed another coat of polish. When I asked, she immediately started speaking in her native language to the her colleagues at which point they all started staring at my nails and at me as if I committed some crime. Clearly she was upset that I asked and started bad mouthing me to the other nail technicians. Not a great experience. Won’t be back.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value7/23/20 My very first time here. They did a very good job. I had an appointment and got in 5 minutes early. I had a fill and a pedicure done, at the same time which was nice. I have a pulled muscle in my leg and let them know I couldn’t straighten my leg all the way. They took care in making sure I was comfortable. Lee, who did my fill was very kind and did an excellent job. She was very tedious and made sure my nails were on point. Everyone wore masks and we had to sign in. The only thing they didn’t do was check my temperature. But I observed them sanitizing after every person. Prices are right and good value. 0 stars for cleanliness. The nail tech had a box of nail tools with a sticker that said “clean” NOTHING was clean. I asked for new tools and she immediately had an attitude and didn’t do a good job after. They tried to take off my nails by almost ripping them off, another big no. Their nail polish is also really old. The nail tech was also wearing her mask backwards which was falling off her face. When I pointed it out she said it bothers her to wear it properly….this place is also filled with older people which seems like most of their regular customers. If u wanna go to a mediocre overpriced place thar doesn’t adhere to sanitary guidelines then i guess this is your place. I wont be coming back.

Hands down the best gel manicure EVER! Popped in one day because I was in the area, not something I normally would do. Kim was friendly, fast and paid very close attention to every detail! Went back a couple weeks later and tried the pedi. OMG! best ever too!!! This is my new place, worth the 30 minute drive to get there.
