I am proud to say I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 11 years, having been Nationally Certified and trained in Swedish and Therapeutic massage techniques in Phoenix, Arizona. I have worked in massage spas in both Phoenix, Arizona and Bismarck, North Dakota since 2004. The main goal of my work is to help clients reduce stress, relieve pain, gain more flexibility, increase strength, and create a positive attitude towards their overall health and wellness.

The masseuse I had, Joe, did a great job at addressing the issues I actually complained about, namely tightness in my right trapezius. I have been to other massage parlors where the issues I talk about only get addressed for a portion of the massage. Joe also offered great advice about steps I can take to take care of my trapezius going forward, such as additional exercises to perform and a recommendation for a massage gun. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for therapeutic massages.

My friend and I were very pleased with our massages. After recently finding out I have high BP I needed a day of relaxation. My BP stayed lower than normal the entire day even with a couple drinks. He asked what kind of massage and areas to focus on. He definitely met my request with a sensational massage. I slept during my friends massage and he provided a pillow and blanket for me. My friend had specific areas to focus on. She said the pressure was perfect amount.
