Completely butchered my hair….had to get my uncle’s best friend to blend it so you couldn’t tell it was gapped. Didn’t notice until I left how terrible it was. Most loud mouthed and unprofessional hair stylist I’ve ever encountered. All I could do was just laugh and shake my head during our conversation. Will not be back.

2nd time in. The Hazlebrand rd covington location. w the middle aged thicker white lady w short hair totally botched my childs hair. I took pics and went back in about half hr later to show them seriously how messed up it was. I cant attach a pic here for some reason but did with in photos. There were chunks cut out when other pieces were not cut and no blending. The 2nd lady helped..but overall my sons hair was super short when I told multiple staff I want him to have hair, just cleaned up.

The woman didn’t listen to anything I said. Gives me a complete buzz cut instead of what I asked for. Left long pieces in the front of my hair and left me with hair all over me. Absolutely horrible that woman even works there and calls herself a hairstylist. Horrible establishment!! Haircut
