Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a full set by Monique and from the second I got there she was extremely rude. She seemed like doing my lashes was an inconvenience to her. She also never asked what shape or look I was going for. I could feel her breaking apart the clumps she was making on my lashes and kept pulling on my lashes. She never explained ANYTHING she was doing and just ripped off the under eye pads and said I was done. I never even saw them until I got to my car and they were clumped together and glued to my eye lid not my lashes. I had to get them removed the next day by a different company because they hurt so bad and even they said it was one of the worst lash jobs they’ve ever seen. I would not recommend Monique to ANYONE wanting to get their lashes done.
