Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIt took DAYS for them to return my call in order for me to make an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes, my own hair stylist being over 30 minutes late. Not a single person greeted me or offered any kind of customer service. My hair stylist, Hillary, was not only late but did not communicate nor apologize for her tardiness. It’s been a long 2 years of trying to find someone who uses quality products, charges fairly, does a fantastic job coloring/cutting my hair. Lacy fits the bill and some. I found her just in time to leave again! Side note. Lacy also specializes in curly hair.

Great boutique/salon!! Salon is a fun, bright, and calming boutique feel. The hairstylists rent out their own rooms. I go to see Kayla Goralewicz Dragoo. She is amazing!! Always does an amazing job. Cuts men, women, children’s hair. Great prices. If you want an amazing hair experience without the crazy high cost please go check her out at Monarch or online at her FB or IG accounts. Just left her salon and you can see how great my hair looks.
