The new location is great, the place inside is really nice too but I went there a few days ago to get a haircut and blow dry and some guy took me in (I don’t know his name), I have been to Molto Bella a few times already but at the old location and I’ve never seen a guy work there until now at this new location. Anyway he took me to get my hair wash and was completely rough, he was just going turbo mode on my head, then when I got to the chair I showed him a picture of how I want my hair cut, he was just not aware of how much he was cutting because I showed him a long haircut style that would end a little above my arms (biceps) and I had really long hair that almost reached my butt, he cut it above my shoulders and its beyond uneven, it was a semi bob haircut i dont even know what the hell he did to my hair. I am really pissed off. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE TO GET A HAIRCUT EVER AGAIN. That guy looked that he has never cut hair before and I was his first client ever. So unprofessional!!!

This establishment is a shipping location for WISH but they never call or notify you that they received the product. WISH requires a bare code and the purchasing person to pick up but I am very sick, in and out of hospitals and doctors offices, and when I finally got a chance to go there was no one there to process my order and I was refused. The product has been sent back even though I got to the location for pick up. WISH is not helpful at all either.

I came in and told them I wanted dark brown hair with a caramel balayage. Alfonso messed it up the first time so he said to come in the next day and he messed up again. He has no idea what he is doing. He made my hair orange and it looks nothing like what I wanted. I spent 4 hours there the first day and 5 hours the next day for my hair to look absolutely horrible. Do not go here, I don’t think this guy has his liscense and the pictures on his instagram are definitely not his work.

One day i was walking down blackwell street in Dover. I was looking for a present for my wife. I stopped in Molto Bella Boutique and was greeted by Marsella. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the clothing and beauty products. I definitely recommend going to this establishment.
