Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to get gel manicure and gel pedicure and the women who did them for me was so nasty she was pushing my hands away and after she was done I asked her why I see the base color of my nail and she didn’t want to put an extra coating . When I went back home it was very obvious to everyone that she did a bad work so I called again and asked to get them redone , when I went there her husband took the color off and put new ones but after a day one of the cracked and I had to go back again to get it fixed . They are horrible and using bad quality and having very bad attitude. if you want to get good nails color never go there . I have been going to Modo Nails for 2 years & have only received the best spa pedicures for both myself and my 8 yr. old daughter. She has reoccurring ingrown toenails and the owners’ and their staff are always gentle with her. They are meticulous and the salon is very clean. I highly recommend them!

Critical: QualityI got a gel manicure which didn’t turn out so great. It was messily done with too many layers. You can see the layers when looking at them from the side. It also looks wrinkled, and some nails have those little bubbles from too many layers being applied. Each of my nails ache a little more than they usually do after a gel manicure. (if it should even hurt at all. This is my second gel manicure.) But the nail of my left middle finger hurts a lot. Not only did my mother go and get a pretty decent cut from a pedicure …. I went to get a gel manicure and they started chipping within TWO DAYS. I went back and got yelled at for not knowing which 1/100 colors I picked. After she fixed the two nails I sat with my hand in the LED for 10 minutes while she was washing her face in the bathroom??? Totally unprofessional and oh by the way, the rest of them chipped two days later but I refuse to go back. $30 down the drain.

Probably the worst nail job i ever gotten. Got gel tips and they were crooked and coated wayyy to many times with gel polish so then they wrinkled up. Over all very bad job, my tips have all fell off due to the way they are applied, rushed and careless. I even went one time and it was said “you no wax eyebrow, i wax eyebrow for $10 extra” , trying to get me to spend extra money and making me think theres something wrong with my eyebrows. Very unprofessional and understaffed by unlicenced rude people. Went with my friend and both recieved pedicure by the same person at the same time, left me sitting there for a very long time. Would highly not recommend matter in fact shouden’t even be in business. Rude employees.
