Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was assured they could do a mani/pedi in 1 hour. They met the mark on time, but I walked out without any nail polish or even oil on my cuticles. The nail tech wasn’t told I was short on time. When I told him, he rushed through the pedi and only trimmed, or rather yanked my cuticles off with dull, rusty trimmers that he had to stop and oil to get the squeeking tostop. I was assured they could do a mani/pedi in 1 hour. They met the mark on time, but I walked out without any nail polish or even oil on my cuticles. The nail tech wasn’t told I was short on time. When I told him, he rushed through the pedi and only trimmed, or rather yanked my cuticles off with dull, rusty trimmers that he had to stop and oil to get the squeeking tostop. In fact, they had more attention to detail that the other salon I’ve been going to for years. I’m definitely converting to them after today’s experience. My manicure is perfect and my feet have never been so pampered. They were extremely friendly and didn’t rush nor do sloppy work despite it being so close to closing. In fact, they had more attention to detail that the other salon I’ve been going to for years. I’m definitely converting to them after today’s experience. My manicure is perfect and my feet have never been so pampered. I am definitely recommending them to anyone wanting a classy and polished look (pun intended).

They are either always busy or can not perform the nail design you are requesting. I am very easy to please so it is upsetting I have to even make a review like this. I just left with only the tips on my fingers the lady kim was so rude. And told me if I didnt like them I could leave she had a customer waiting. They may have 2 good nail techs here but that is it. Since koo left the place has gone to ruins. They are either always busy or can not perform the nail design you are requesting.
