Allow me to explain the 4 out of 5 stars. Okay, so…I got my nails done on Wednesday. I had the pleasure of meeting the nail salon owner because he happened to be working that day. He did my fill-in, and it took all of 2 hours because we got lost in conversation about the mysterious of life. I have absolutely no problem with that, as I enjoy deep conversations. He also took his time and did a very thorough job of providing me with excellent customer service. However, the very next day, one of my nails cracked. It was very inconvenient for me to have to return for the repair. When I did finally make it back in, I was promptly taken care of with no charge. Sean, the owner was not there, but a very kind nail tech provided my service. So all in all, my experience wasn’t awful. More like a 4.5 out of 5. I will return in the future.

The woman was so nice and did it perfectly. Sure it was dusty but you can just wash your hands anyway. The reviews were weird because some of them said some of them employees didn’t speak English. First time coming in here and doing my nails professionally at all, I had mixed emotions going in due to the reviews I saw but I decided to risk it and do my nails. The woman was so nice and did it perfectly. Sure it was dusty but you can just wash your hands anyway. The reviews were weird because some of them said some of them employees didn’t speak English. I asked for coffin nails, and I did not get what I asked for. I tried going here a few times but I’ve had such a bad experience. There was such a long wait and they weren’t busy at all. Although they are sweet people my nails came out really bad, misshaped and super thick. Acrylic nails

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and within the last few months, I’ve come in and there are always some type of issue. It is not consistently a positive experience. I understand prices increasing with different factors but I am paying more for less. Now all of a sudden I’m forced to pay extra just to get paraffin wax when for many months I was able to get wax instead of a hot stone treatment. Due to the fact that they water down the nail polish with alcohol, my paint on my toes chip within a week, regularly.

Do not recommend. My nails were already chipping once I got home. I always get regular nail polish, no gel and the owners excuse was that gel last longer than regular polish that’s why it chipped within a day, bs. I have never had an issue with regular nail polish chipping off when I go get my nails done at other places. Save your money and go somewhere else. I don’t know how they have so many good reviews, but it’s definitely not worth the price I paid.

They are great! Love their pedicure seats! They even have kid pedicure seats. Went in with a girlfriend for our birthdays. Her gel polish chipped shortly after we left and when she called them they said to come back and they would fix it for free. Thought that was nice! Loved the hot wax on my feet. Highly recommend stopping in!

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. This salon is more pricey than others I’ve been to and the quality is much lower. The cuticle on my toe was cut too far and started bleeding.. I was hoping the tech would put some alcohol or some cleanser on it but they just kept rubbing it and put it in the foot spa water. My manicure wasn’t as thorough as most other places I’ve been to. I won’t be returning.

I will never come back to this place. I got a full set done and it only lasted for 4 DAYS ! Never again nails was popping off like I had got dollar tree nails. I will never in a million years come back to this place. I do not recommend nobody to go here. Manicure, Pedicure
