I took my two daughters there on Saturday for their first time getting color. The stylist working took 30 min to even get started. The first appt was at 9:30 and then 10. They were each getting no more that 10 foils and then 1 was getting blue and the other purple. We were there until 1:15 even after I told them we had another appointment at 12. There were two stylist there and the 2nd one didn’t even offer to help and she had no one in her chair until 11. It took so long I had to blow dry my 1st daughter’s hair while the other was getting rinsed. And it’s now Tuesday and the color is almost gone! If I wanted a wash out color I would have bought something from target not paid $100 for nothing! Terrible service and have no clue how to do foils.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI have taken my children here for a long time for haircuts. Went today for my son’s first haircut since the pandemic, and we all wore masks. It’s stated that Supercuts requires masks of their employees. One stylist was not wearing a mask and answering the phone telling customers they didn’t need to wear one anymore but that there were supposed to be. I watched how each cleaned their stations and it was obvious who took their job seriously. Since we could social distance from the non-compliant stylist and it was empty we stayed. It’s stated that Supercuts requires masks of their employees. Have been coming here for years. Today for some reason Yolanda did not want to cut my hair. I had a 5:30 appt, arrived at 5:20. I watched her finish a cut, sweep the floor, start some laundry, clean brushes and do paperwork. All while I set there. I walked out at 5:45 with no haircut. I won’t be back!

Have attempted to get hair cut eight to ten times, only to wait for extended periods of time(never being noticed while waiting and given a possible time) , even though an appointment was scheduled online. I love this Supercuts location! All of the stylists are so knowledgeable and the prices are super affordable. I didn’t even know they did hair coloring until I walked in the door. Awesome! I love that I can check in the same day as I want my hair done, no fussing with appointments and I know I can go on my own schedule. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this Supercuts twice and plan to go again. First, my kids and I always feel good about the service we get. Second, the stylists are great – they do a tremendous job, especially with my 9 year old. Last, it is SUPER-convenient, it is right next to the Target! I can get haircuts and shopping done, back to back. Why go anywhere else? FIVE STARS all the way!!
