Their new location on Youngfield is even bigger but the service is just as amazing! (DO NOT go to the old Colfax location as it’s now run by a horrible new owner that left them hanging out to dry) Vivian is just the best and does my nails perfect every time! Pretty terrible experience. They said they had time for a walk-in but once we started, it was clear they were understaffed and over booked. My services were split between 3 different service providers with long wait times in between. In the end, I was there for 3.5+ hours for a basic white polish pedicure and a dip manicure. I got French tips and a design on one finger each hand. Any other salon could’ve had all this done in 2 hours tops. Even the lady next to me was complaining about how long she had been waiting too. What’s even worse, is the pricing is insane. I was quoted $57 for the dip manicure (40 for the dip, 10 for the manicure which wasn’t great tbh, and 7 for the design). Then at the end all of a sudden there were extra charges for nail tip, long length (weren’t that long), and almond shape, gel nail polish, etc. In the end after 20% tip, I paid $175. That is an insane amount to pay especially considering how long they took, that they cut my finger, didn’t push back all my cuticles, and now less than a week later one of the nails is already broken. Looking at where it broke, the tip clearly was not applied correctly/ far down enough. They charge extra for callus removal despite that being a normal post of most pedicures; I agreed to the extra callus charge but then they barely did anything– my feet are not smooth at all. They also dip your nail directly into the same powder pot as everyone else instead separating it which is unhygienic and spreads bacteria. I have been to many nail salons, and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had planned to go shopping at the mall afterwards but after being at the salon for nearly 4 hours, I was ready to go home. I gave 2 stars simply because the design at least looked nice and the staff was friendly enough.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET A REBASE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR NAILS OFF WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL AND THEN TRY TO TELL YOU THAT THEY’RE GOING TO CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR A BRAND NEW FULL SET!! Unacceptable treatment! The girl completely ruined my nails because she said she didn’t want to “fix someone else’s work” & continued taking my nails off even with me asking multiple times what she was doing. Definitely would not recommend going here if you had acrylics done at a previous salon. I walked out 1/4 way through the service because of how appalled and devastated I was by the way they treated not only myself, but my husband as well, at this nail salon.
