Critical: ProfessionalismBummer! I picked the nail color in the picture before my appointment. The actual color was not like the sample. I asked to hop up and look at the bottles on the wall to find the pink I was going for. I took less than a minute and the owner came over and let me know that they didn’t have time for this- that they were behind as it was. I told him the sample wasn’t close to the real color. He didn’t seem interested. My suggestion to Modern Nails is that if you don’t want people trying to get the correct color, have your samples match the polish. Now I get to have it removed somewhere else, costing another hour and another 40-50 bucks. My suggestion to you is to make sure the actual polish is what you want. My mom and I always love coming to Modern Nails! I always have to come and get my nails done when I’m back in town. Han and Tam are excellent. The owners Long and Lee are so courteous and helpful. They offer complimentary wine and other drinks. I highly recommend this place!

Got my nails done Saturday 11.19 and chrome started peeling Sunday the next day 11.20 that’s very upsetting especially since I paid so much for them. Please don’t get chrome done there. I did like how the lady shaped them but it’s too bad thag the quality of there products aren’t good. Manicure

All I wanted was a color change and they left my nails looking like this 2 hours before I had to be to a concert, after I called and made an appointment and explained I just wanted a color change. I gave them 2 chances to do my nails, and for $70 the first time and $20 for a color change the 2nd they do not deserve anyone’s money for their poor service.

This place is absolutely does the best nails I have ever had in my life. I mean I’ve been only getting nails for 3 years every single month. I have gotten Nails all the way from the Oregon coast, to Albany and to Corvallis and Salem. But this location in Corvallis is absolutely experienced they have the knowledge and know how to make the best nails in the world. Absolutely stunning Beauty everytime I absolutely walk out the door going oh my goodness wow. I swear every time. I used to go to a place in Albany and they were pretty good but very expensive and I think their quality has quite a bit less critique to it. Modern Nails by far is one of the best nail shops I have ever gone to yet and as long as I live in Corvallis they have a permanent customer who will be there every month. I got acrylics and solar is here they are just absolutely amazing
