I went there for nail. Had dip powder covered the fake nail and gel polish. I went back because I wasn’t happy with it. Here are 3 pictures of my nails. At the other day, I fluffed my curly hair and it got stuck with the nail. It pulled and break my hair. The nail tech said it needs to redo it. I left. I leave it up to God for their greedy and haughty spirits. Reap what they sow for the awful treatment and business too. The business will not good in a long run. I wouldn’t recommend friends to go there.

Absolutely amazing place with wonderful staff and exquisite services! They do a phenomenal manicure and pedicure, both accompanied by a paraffin dip—my favorite part! the owner is a complete joy, and the woman who does the waxings is amazing. I don’t trust many people with my eyebrows, but she is just fabulous! Love coming to this incredibly friendly place to treat myself!

Beautifully decored salon. Very clean and the technicians are polite and courteous. I love getting pedicures here. It feels like a mini-spa experience.

I’ve been coming here for years and have loved and recommended this place. However I got my nails done last Friday for my bridal shower. I normally get gel but this time I got powder with a design on two nails. I spent $50 and tipped and yet a week later I’ve lost 3 nails. This is completely unacceptable for the price and I likely won’t go back to this nail salon

On July 9th I got a manicure that I was told the cost would be $50 for a dip powder because I have soft nails. They did not have the powder and used an overlay instead. Again, I was told the cost would be $50. I also received a pedicure for the price of $35. However when I got home I realized I was charged $100 for the services. When I spoke to them on my next visit I ask for the manager. They said she wasn’t there so I gave them my number for her to call me. I never received the call. Today is August 18th and I visited H2O to see the manager face to face. Today I learned the manager was the person that was here the last time I visited on August 4th; and the person that did my sloppy nails, but was told she was not there when I asked for her. They would not give me a refund or a discount for overcharging me (thieves). I have posted a picture of the sloppy Nails the so called manager from H2O painted on August 4th 2021.

Quick, long lasting gels, calm environment and I recommend a appointment so you get the most time with your tech! Easy to call and make one day of too

H20 Nail Bar has a beautiful and clean environment. The staff is friendly, polite and professional however, I was charged $70 (plus gave a $10 tip) which I think is high for a basic gel manicure and pedicure(no design). After a week the gel started to chip off on 3 fingers and a few nails were not filed good. For that basic service at $70 I won’t be going back.

I have gotten a pedicure twice now and really enjoyed the experience. The pedicure was well done and for their basic pedicure includes a lot of services (hot stone, paragon wax, massage, and scrub) for the price of $35.

DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The women here are extremely rude to the point where they make you feel uncomfortable. They are also lazy and do a horrible job. I wanted a matching gel manicure and regular pedicure. Not hard to ask right? I was treated so awfully because the woman getting my gel color and paint nail color could not find the matching paint. For the next hour it was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience. I said sorry and thank you for helping me find the matching colors for my gel and regular mani but it was not ok with her. She continued to be rude to the point where she was being rough with my manicure that it was painful. To top it off I forgot my rings and she saw me running to the door and she turned the lights off and walked out the back! Luckily I caught her and she went back in to get my rings. The time I came here before that I made an appt because they have such a problem accepting walkins. I made an appt and they made me wait for a half hour! What kind of treatment is that? Really uncomfortable environment. I never leave reviews and it takes a lot for me to get upset but wow. The energy these women have created is overwhelmingly negative, and unecesseraily pretentious. You dont have to speak the language to understand negative behavior. Luckily I do and could understand that they were talking badly about me in front of my face.
