I got my nails done here and the service was terrible. I explained the importance of my nails looking great for an upcoming trip and I was assured they would be beautiful. I came and spent $300 in this establishment! Me my sister and niece came in for full acrylic sets, pedicures and a manicure for my niece. The nail tech had me remove my nails when I was initially just coming for a fill in because they were lifting…only for her to do a half job and now the new set she did is lifting and I should only be getting my first fill in on this set and now I have to get these soaked off. I will not be returning.

Ok, so I’m new to this area and I needed to find a pedicure place. Figured I’d start at the mall and work out from there. This place was steady with seemingly regular clientele. They offered extra spa treatments for the pedicure which is wonderful for me since I’m feet, A LOT. Ami was wonderful! And the extra heat and exfoliation was just what I needed!

Critical: Quality, ValueI am not even the type to complain but If I could have left a zero star I would. I didn’t even get a picture of the horrible job- I just immediately asked them to take it off. The “massage” part of the manicure lasted about 10 seconds and the paint job was horrible!! I would avoid at all cost! Honestly you can make your nails look better at home! Let me start with saying I love my nails! I was referred by a complete stranger whose nails I saw in a completely different mall that I fell in love with. The nail design is called pink & white ombre with coffin shape. My first visit was great and I was extremely happy. I paid via cash & the remaining balance on my card because I wanted to give Joe (nail tech) a healthy tip due to me absolutely loving my nails. My next visit is where the issue began. I was rudely accused by Tina (owner) & Joe (nail tech) for not paying for my previous visit. I have never been so insulted in my entire life! When I explained that I thought the confusion may have been using multiple payment methods I was accused of not paying anything and walking out. When I pulled up my credit card statement online to show a charge for their establishment, they began to try to change the story still accusing me but now making no sense at all. I was never offered an apology for being wrongly accused. If it wasn’t for my nails being so nicely done I would never return. If anything else negatively happens I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. It is so sad how their customer service is when the work is such a great job. If not for being accused of stealing I would have easily given a 5 star rating. Even if an apology would’ve been offered once being proven wrong, I could move past the situation because we’re all human and everyone makes mistakes. But when an owner or employee can’t admit when a mistake has been made, that’s not good business. For some reason is not uploading the pictures of my credit card statements showing the charges for Modern Nails. It’s only showing the pictures of my nails. I’ve uploaded 4 pictures.

Do not recommend this place at all..the owner is rude and ver insensitive to customers..went in for manicure and pedicure on myself and daughter and manicure for my elderly mother with dimentia..have been here many times and requested nail tech was familiar with my mother and her situation….sat my mom next to me while she did my pedicure and was going to take care of my mother next..ownet comes over (after we waited an hour to even get in the seat) trying to force my mother to someone else…I explained AGAIN the situation that I initially explained upon arriving and she got very nasty told me my dimentia mom had to go over to someone else she was unfamiliar with and would not be able to communicate with..just acted completely BRAND NEW as though the situation had not been explained upon arrival…honestly there was no reason to address us at that point..the nail tech had it all under control..she has a horribly nasty disposition and appears to discriminate against the elderly and handicapped at the very least…I will NOT patronize any place that discriminates and has such horrible customer service(especially from the owner) and treats customers as if she is doing them a favor instead of the customer doing the establishment a favor…she needs to realize that THE CUSTOMER IS THE BLESSING …and THE ONLY REASON SHE IS STILL IN BUSINESS!!!

I got a fill in and repairs that I was amazed she fixed very well. They are gorgeous. The lady told me her name but I forgot. They talked the whole time in their language. It was annoying because she spoke English well and she could’ve engaged with me more. She also took a facetime call while working. It didnt slow her down. I did feel it was unprofessional. I was going to get a pedicure by someone else but one pointed me out and said that’s your next pedicure then they laughed and spoke in their language. I’m playful but not with money. I’ll get my feet done elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! I GOT A FUNGUS FROM MY MANICURE. I had my gel on for about two weeks when I noticed my thumbnail was unusually tender. When I took the polish off it was disgusting. I now have to get antibiotics and anti-fungal cream from my doctor to try and get rid of the fungus. On top of this, the staff was very rude and rushed me through the entire mani/pedi as fast as possible. My toes looked terrible. I could see the different layers of paint where she didn’t take the time to paint the whole nail. It chipped within a week.
