It’s been 8 or so months since my second (and last) appointment and I still felt the need to write this review. I was so nervous to get first time filler and had booked a full face consult. After waiting an hour, I was told the previous client took too much time and we wouldn’t be able to do what I wanted. You can imagine that after sitting and waiting with numbing cream for an hour, I wasn’t numb come lip filler time. It was almost too painful to bear, but I figured that was normal. Fast forward to my touch up appointment.. I informed the girl who roomed me and numbed me that last time I wasn’t numb at all and to please do a better job numbing. Her answer was that the cream was strong and she put on even less this time. Again, I sat and waited for an HOUR. By the time I was finally seen, of course I wasn’t numb. This time I had come straight from work, hadn’t eaten, and passed out. The next day, I fully expected a phone call to see if I was doing okay. I was completely shocked that after all the money I spent (over $1000) no one cared enough about their patient to even give me a simple phone call. Totally unacceptable. I’ve been sure to tell everyone I know this story to get them away from this greedy practice. Even better.. I ended up seeing another injector who informed me my lip filler wasn’t done correctly and I needed it dissolved. Just an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Don’t believe what you see on Instagram.. spend your money elsewhere with injectors who care about you

Had a skin analysis and new patient hydrafacial with Maggie and she is great! Unfortunately the way they explain pricing is a little deceiving. I scheduled a skin consultation and there was a $100 deposit that they said can be put towards future treatment if I decide to do anything they recommend at the consultation. I had to reschedule it three times due to their providers schedules changing which is all good but at some point during the process this new patient hydrafacial was mentioned so I assumed that is what they did as part of the skin consultation. It was never mentioned that it’s a separate procedure that you will have to pay for it so I ended up leaving paying $400 when I thought I was just getting a skin consultation. If I knew I was paying I definitely wouldn’t have chose to do the facial or at the very least would have liked to be more prepared for the expense! Would have kept going there for treatments because I enjoyed Maggie but I don’t appreciate the unclear communication because it’s clear their main goal is to get you to spend money. Just ask your questions before scheduling/agreeing to anything so you aren’t blindsided like I was 🙂

Went for lip injections May 2021..Kaitlyn Nelson & team were highly over priced and way too self absorbed. While I appreciate the (said) dedication to learning technique via her Instagram posts — I still felt that I didn’t get what I paid for $$$$. Also, her and her assisting staff, Talia (I believe her name was) was rude and quite off putting. Never really seemed interested in what I wanted as results. Since my visit in May 2021, I have trusted elsewhere in Feb 2022 and have gotten exactly what I wanted for a much more reasonable price. Choose your injector wisely at reasonable+friendlier pricing!

I’ve been seeing Jillian for years and she has helped my skin tremendously! Having acne in my early 20s that leaves scarring is so frustrating, but Jill prescribed me an effective at home regimen. We alternate in office treatments from micro needling with PRP to hydrafacials and peels. Now, I get so many compliments and my skin has never looked and felt better! I also saw Kaitlyn for the first time for lip filler and she’s nothing short of amazing. She listened and respected what I wanted, while also giving her professional opinion. She’s so kind and very knowledgeable in her field. They are the best!

Wonderful experience start to finish. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable. They patiently answered all my questions, made recommendations on skincare, and calmed my fears before trying preventative botox. I explained I didn’t want to change my face, just wanted to do some prevention. They didn’t try to push me to do anything, Kaitlyn even recommended not to do most areas of my face. Was a truly painless, marvelous experience. Kaitlyn is amazing!

I traveled from Boston to see Kaitlyn, and I just came to say that it was 100% worth the trip! Kaitlyn is kind, caring, professional and most importantly a master at her craft. My lips are perfect. The office and staff were pretty impeccable too. All around, a great experience.

Jillian Norton is amazing!!! She is talented, knowledgeable, she takes her time explaining products and the different types of treatment options. I’m close to 40 years old and felt that my face needed a “refreshing look”. Jillian put me on a morning and evening face regimen.

Beware that all of the beautiful before and after photos on Kaitlyn Nelson’s Instagram page are taken directly after injection and do not look the same fully healed. They had no record of the appointment I made through the link in her Instagram bio, and I was waiting for more than an hour past my appointment to see Kaitlyn. She recommended I get Restalyne in my lips (which is more viscous than other products), even though I told her it projected forward after having it done by a different injector. I decided to trust her since she “specializes” in vertical volume. Not only were my lips left with a shelf for six months after injection, the vermillion border was incredible painful to touch for that amount of time as well. Also, on the left side of my upper lip a small bubble formed that is still slightly visible seven months later. Kaitlyn also ran out of the room without saying bye the second I signed the social media release form for my before and afters. Her assistant even commented on it. Considering how her focus on social media seems to take precedence over her clients and their results, I would be wary of many of the similarly worded glowing reviews across the internet. Seven months later my body has absorbed some of the filler and my lips look natural (aside from the small remaining bubble), but it wasn’t worth the wait or the $900.

Kaitlyn exceeded all of my expectations! She gave me an extremely thorough consultation, answered my 50 questions, and the work she did is FLAWLESS. She did Botox & first time fillers that look amazing without being too noticeable, just small tweaks that made all the difference. I won’t trust anyone else to touch my face ever again! Also the woman at the front desk was so nice & helpful fixing my Alle account!
