MJ Pro Nails

Critical: QualityMy experience was just horrible. I usually go to VIP Nails and I absolutely LOVE them & their work. They are always super professional and I always leave beyond satisfied. I decided to give MJ a chance after calling my usual salon that was fully booked for the day. The customer service was terrible and not one of the employees even greeted or told us what we needed to do when we walked in the door so we ended up just standing there for about 15 minutes because we had never been there before. After asking they just stared at us and didn’t give any instruction. After finally getting signed in and sitting down waiting for 20ish minutes (keep in mind there were only 3 other customers there and the employees were just walking around looking at each others work on the other customers) we finally got seated and started. I only needed a acrylic fill because like I said I usually go to VIP. After the guy started working on my nails he cut me several times with the drill and cut and shaped all of my nails horribly. Then when it came to polish I asked for gel and he got it all over my skin so I left with polish all around my nails. I’m convinced they don’t know how to properly do acrylic fills because both me and the person I went in with went for fills and both got horribly executed ones. The nails themselves look horribly done super rushed looking even though I was in there for over 2 hours FOR A FILL and a super simple nail shape and just a single color. Last but I’m sure not least, as soon as I got home from the salon the paint started to peel off of the side of one nail where it wasn’t properly painted and wet gel that was not cured properly started coming out from underneath the layer that was peeling up. Not to mention when I called and asked, I was told it would be $25 and when we were finished, they charged $30. All of the employees were just overall rude and had no clue what they were doing. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. DO NOT GO TO MJ save your money and go somewhere where you will be treated well and have actual quality work for your money.Service: ManicureMy experience was just horrible. The nails don’t fully fit the width of my nails. On most to the nails he didn’t even put the polish all the way up to the cuticle. The acrylic isn’t even on part of the nails.
