I absolutely adore Miss Han and her salon! First of all, the possibilities for designs are endless as they carry more variety of product than any nail salon I’ve ever been to. The customer service is always great and the nail techs are truly all the best at what they do. I love that it’s a small and intimate salon by appointment only. You really do receive a VIP type of experience and the technicians take their time on each customer. The quality of their product is better than any salon I’ve tried, and it’s all well worth the price. Angela is consistently amazing and Miss Han (the owner) is lovely and makes sure you are well taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough! 🙂

I’ve gone here twice now and it’s my new go-to nail salon. It’s very very clean and they seem to pride themselves in ensuring every little detail is perfect. They have a wide variety of colors, stickers, gems, and more for your nails. I highly recommend them for your nail services.

this was my first time at Miss Han’s, my girlfriend and I came here for manicures and they were very accommodating and offered us a water as soon as we walked in! We were able to book a next day appointment and they had us in and out in an hour. My hands have never looked so good!!! Thank you everyone as Miss Han for making our experience perfect ❤️

I got a pedicure here a week ago and woke up in extreme pain the next morning. It seems they have a clear disregard for cleanliness and sanitation practices because now I have a very infected toe and have had the displeasure of spending another $150 (on top of what I paid for services at the salon) on medicine and a doctors visits due to the negligence of this salon. Not to mention I have to take antibiotics to make sure the bacteria “doesn’t eat my bones” which is apparently is a concern!!!!! Also, I look stupid with the giant purple bandage and I’m still in pain. I will never return here and I hope they refund me my money. Don’t go here or spend your money at this careless business

So they are very detailed and very good at doing nails but customer service and attitude is not good at all. The lady that did my nails was very rude and demeaning just because I wanted really long nails and as she was doing my nails she kept saying oh your nails are too long in a very disregarding manner and let’s not even talk about how she took 5 plus hours just to do my nails like Jesus Christ..I walked out giving her a tip and she didn’t even. Say thank you and gave me a dirty look..I payed $150 for my nails. This place is very expensive

I called and made an appointment for two services gel extension take off and a basic design on my own nails. When I arrived they asked my name and told me to wait a few minutes. When I was seated with the woman doing my nails I told her what I would be getting and she told me she didn’t have time to do both services and that I would have to make an appointment for the second service. I did make an appointment, it wasn’t honored. I asked the woman to cut my nails short before she took the gel off. She told me no bc she needed to see where my nail was and she might hurt me. That doesn’t make any sense. She just wanted to tell me no. Then she hurt my skin a few times with the electronic buffer device they use. After I told her my nails were thin and asked if she could be more gentle. It seemed purposeful. Then the woman doing someone else’s nails next to me kept looking over at me and snickering and saying things under her breath in her native language as if it wasn’t clear as day she was talking about me. I think it’s important for people to understand where you aren’t wanted. This place has no pictures of melanated hands and now we know why. Take your business elsewhere. They’re not welcoming to diversity.

i’m from out of town and came into this location to get a gel x extension full set. the place is very clean and aesthetic, and everyone was very nice. fani did my nails – she was very fast and efficient without actually rushing, and was very careful and making sure her work came out good. i’ll definitely come back here Manicure

I’ve been trying to be a consistent customer here as I really like their work however it everytime I call their “booked” however all my friends and family get appointments here no problem. I’ve recently asked my friends to make an appointment for me as they tell me their booked but they take my friends no problem for literally the same service I called and asked about minutes earlier. I’m taking the hard hint they don’t particularly want MY business and that’s a shame. I called for eyelashes because my mom got an appointment no problem, “were fully booked” yet when I come in with her later today they’ll tell me the same thing as last time “oh we didn’t know we can take you now.” I’ll just look for place that truly appreaciates my regular business consisting of nails, pedicures and eyelashes weekly.
