Critical: Professionalism, QualityOn August 16th, I used Brandi. She took 5 hours to highlight my hair. Stopped in the middle for her lunch break with her husband. Complained about all her other clients while I was there. When I washed my hair the next day I noticed where she messed up. Couldn’t believe she missed this!!! I messaged her and sent pictures. She told me I must have washed my toner out (blaming me). She charged me 195 dollars. She didn’t offer to fix this immediately. She wanted me to wait until Tuesday August 24th to come in and her correct it. When I told her no and asked for a refund on some of my money so I could get it fixed sooner she told me she does not do refunds and as little as she would send it wouldn’t matter. We discussed back and forth and she finally found a spot to squeeze me in today Aug 20th. This morning I woke up at 0745 to a text from her saying she used all her toner she needs for my hair and won’t be able to get me in until Tuesday (the original day she wanted me to come back in) to fix HER MISTAKE! I of course, am not happy. She said she was sent me the 10 dollars it cost to get some toner but then stated that this occurs when clients move their head to look at their phone (again blaming me). I’ve been getting my hair colored like this for 15+ years. I’m well aware that this is from poor foiling and should have been caught by her when blow dried my hair and she should have fixed it right them or the day I complained. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLaurie did a great job cutting my hair and styling it for my engagement pictures. She was able to take me at the last moment which was excellent and I am so thankful. We chatted the whole time and I felt like I had made a new friend. She handled my nervous energy very professionally. I would recommend her to anyone!
