Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityFelt deceived. Was told I would be there for certain amount of time when actuality I walked out after two hours. I would have walked out sooner except they started and then moved on to other people who just walked in after. To make matters even better, they used dirty tools even after I asked them not to. Felt deceived. Was told I would be there for certain amount of time when actuality I walked out after two hours. I would have walked out sooner except they started and then moved on to other people who just walked in after. To make matters even better, they used dirty tools even after I asked them not to. I did walk out with no polish. Never again!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to Miracle Nails for 10 years or more. I see Nina or Linda of which both are excellent ❤️. This time I went in to ask for fun Vegas nails. I love them but these pictures don’t do them justice as all. I have seen some negative reviews on here. All I can say is this place does their very best to fit everyone in and make them feel assured that they will get to everyone as fast as they can. All I can say is they have always been a place I enjoy being and I can guarantee I will be happy with my nails. They last so much longer now that I go here. I have been going to Miracle Nails for 10 years or more. I see Nina or Linda of which both are excellent ❤️. This time I went in to ask for fun Vegas nails. I love them but these pictures don’t do them justice as all. I have seen some negative reviews on here. All I can say is this place does their very best to fit everyone in and make them feel assured that they will get to everyone as fast as they can. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy friend and I went here today and our nails came out better than we had imagined. The last place we went to to get our nails done (in late July) was terrible. My friend’s nails looked infected, and she was very unhappy with the results. Mine looked very spotty, and I still have some residue from my July visit, and it’s now November. The price for both of our nails did not match what we got. Since this time was our first time getting nails done again we hoped we would have a different experience. This time around was awesome!! I got my polish in three different colors, and a manicure and my price all together was only $15! My friend got tips, and 4 different colors and her’s was $45. Both of the ladies that did our nails were very nice, and one of the lady’s happily fixed my nail when something touched my nail before they were dry.I would definitely recommend!! Claims most nail designs are too hard for her to do for some reason & not to mention the WORST pedicures. They also re dip the same stick in wax pot which is unsanitary.
