Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was the first time I have visited this location. I deal with sever lower back pain constantly. I have had 2 full body massages now the 3rd one. My massages are deep tissue. Honestly the lady did a very good job the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. She really knows what she is doing. I went in with pain everywhere to leaving feeling very good. She was very polite and professional. I felt very happy about my experience and her techniques. She massages muscles that in my prior deep tissues massages didn’t get touched. She really knows what she is doing and I 100% recommend. Thank you! This was the first time I have visited this location. I deal with sever lower back pain constantly. I have had 2 full body massages now the 3rd one. My massages are deep tissue. Honestly the lady did a very good job the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. She really knows what she is doing. I went in with pain everywhere to leaving feeling very good. Critical: ProfessionalismI wish I could give them a zero star. I am new to the area so I visited the location to inquire about services. The woman who came to the front asked what she could do for me. When I let her know that I was looking for a massage, she suggested Serenity Spa a few doors down. She indicated that I should visit them, and that their prices may be cheaper. I told her that I would be happy to work with them since the reception there was very pleasant. She affirmed that I definitely should go there. So I would suggest Serenity Spa just a few doors down if you want great service AND a great massage.I wish I could give them a zero star. I wish I could give them a zero star. I am new to the area so I visited the location to inquire about services. The woman who came to the front asked what she could do for me. When I let her know that I was looking for a massage, she suggested Serenity Spa a few doors down. She indicated that I should visit them, and that their prices may be cheaper. They have services of 30mins, 1hrs, hot stone massage since I enjoyed their massage. They seems like taking walk-ins only…? If you need one full hour of massage, please make sure to have your enough time, and do not wait for the last minute. If one came in before you, you might get only 30 mins massage unless you wish. I came in two days ago, I came in one therapy room, I found a set of bars attached the ceiling, I assume they have ashiatsu massage (stepping massage, walking on the back), I would like to try that next time. I regularly come to this massage place to relax my stiff shoulder and lower back. They have services of 30mins, 1hrs, hot stone massage since I enjoyed their massage. They seems like taking walk-ins only…? If you need one full hour of massage, please make sure to have your enough time, and do not wait for the last minute. If one came in before you, you might get only 30 mins massage unless you wish. My brother came in right after and requested an appointment and got one that very moment. My brother came in right after and requested an appointment and got one that very moment. The the nice green plants make the environment quite welcoming and pleasant. The massage rooms are very cozy and clean. The massage tables have brand new sheets, very clean and comfortable. The therapist was nice and friendly. Her professional technique made my headache and back pain go away. Alcohol disinectant wipes and sanitzers are everywhere, that made me feel very safe and feel like coming back again.II have been to different massage locations but recently tried this one.
