I showèd up at 11:50 for the appointment at 12 and after waiting 30 minutes the technician called me at 12:20. After 30 min, at 12:50 the technician told me that I was done. I went to this location and had my permanent eyeliner done by Isabel. I was extremely hesitant, but once I met Isabel, I was convinced by her knowledge, experience (over 20 years), and confidence. She explained the procedure very thoroughly before starting, and helped me relax while the numbing cream took effect. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, and she did such a wonderful job. She exceeded my expectations so much so, that I decided to do both top and bottom. She was gentle, worked slowly, and constantly checked in to see how I was feeling. She was very meticulous, did not rush, and she was very friendly a d personable.

From the minute you walk into the their elegant entrance/waiting area and feel the great atmosphere the experience is amazing. I went in for both the microblading and permanent eyeline and Isabel did a fantastic job. She is very good at what she does and takes the time to explain everything before and during.
