I don’t usually write a review but I had to. Today was my first time coming to mint salon. Just walking in everyone was so nice and welcoming. I haven’t gone somewhere to get my hair cut in years but I was SUPER happy with my cut. I have to thank Kirsten!! She did such an amazing job! I’ll definitely be coming back to get my hair cut again by her!!

This was my first time visiting Mint Salon. I have to say that my experience was awesome! Abbey colored and cut my hair and she was great! Her work is awesome and I love my new hair color! 10 stars!!!! I have naturally curly hair, yet I have made poor and uneducated hair choices over the past year that have damaged my hair making it really difficult to take color, and sometimes it would even come out an awkward color. I had been trying to find a salon that I could trust and knew how to handle my type of hair. I came across Mint Salon and heard all wonderful things about it. So I tried it. I LOVE IT!! The salon has the nicest staff I have ever met. Since I am so careful and picky about my hair now, I can be kind of obnoxious with questions, yet the staff was soooo patient and intelligent and knew their products + what they were doing. My hair looks AMAZING. Plus, the salon is super cool looking. The way it’s decorated is inviting and cozy, and also edgy, something for everyone. With that said, as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted like I had been there before and was instantly impressed. The wonderful hair service finalized my opinion. My review is completely honest as I have never been here before nor did I know any of the stylists until yesterday. I’m just that happy with my service!

I was having a hard time finding a good hair salon in the area after moving back. I stumbled upon mint and read the reviews and decided to try it out. They did not disappoint! I’ve had a hard time finding stylists that can do my blonde well because I suppose my hair is just difficult. Ive been here exclusively since. I’ve gone to Abbey and Sarah, and they both do a fantastic job. The salon itself is really pretty as well. Relaxing atmosphere with modern decor. The prices are also very reasonable in my opinion compared to other salons I’ve been to in the area.

The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 was that I did have to wait 1/2 hour past my scheduled time, and that wasn’t what I was expecting. That being said, I did NOT feel “rushed” at all – appropriate time was taken even though the schedule got a little out of whack.

I had never been to a salon that wow-ed me, until I went to Mint! Last night was my first time in, as a recommendation from a friend and loyal customer of theirs, and I came out happier than I have ever been after a haircut. First, Sara washed my hair and then gave me the most amazing scalp massage- I would have been happy just paying and leaving after that. Then Liz asked me what I pictured for my hair and as I am very low maintenance when it comes to my hair, but had some concerns that too much would be cut off, she truly listened and told me her game plan. She was a pleasure to talk to as she worked. I absolutely LOVE my hair and I loved the experience. I am now a loyal customer and can’t wait to return! I’m sure whatever stylist you get at Mint, you will be happy.
