I absolutely love MiniLuxe. They use “clean” nail products, and the salon itself is always immaculate. The entire experience is lovely and relaxing. The staff is also incredible, really nice people who are meticulous in their craft. I love their gel nail polish, great colors, lasts two weeks and as I mentioned, it’s free of all the bad stuff. I’m so happy to have found them!

I received a manicure a few days ago and I finally decided to leave a review because I believe this business deserves to know that I left with a bad taster in my mouth. I will first say that my nail technician was good and I had a decent experience with her. No complaints on my nails. Not screaming over the rooftop about them either though. Mostly I am disgruntled because the receptionist that worked on Saturday afternoon is totally missing the point of her job. Mind you I made my appointment online and prepaid in a sense with attaching my credit card info while making the appointment. But after my nail appointment I had to wait 15 minutes just for the receptionist to stop folding towels and turn towards the front to see that I clearly needed to me taken care of at the register. She also did not seem pleased to be working. It was just a totally negative vibe and I don’t time for that attitude and I should not have had to wait that long. I would have had no problem waiting if there was a line of other people but this was not the case. She. Was. Folding. Towels

One time I was able to get in and the manicure was ok… every time I visit to schedule an appointment later in the same day they never have availability – I think they avoid helping men. Today I was told the team lunches together so there would be no availabilities from 2-3…. So even though they are “open” be aware they are basically closed from 2-3… again I think they have a gender bias and feel there service is for women and avoid working on guys when possible… they are not very friendly to men.
