Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTheo so unprofessional and they will rush so they can get home. My sister and I were they last customers of the night. I should’ve known to turn around when I seen they didn’t have any customers , EVERY nail salon was packed except Mini Nails. They treat their customers horrible especially their black African American customers, she didn’t take her time to file out the shape, she kept using the drill (that’s illegal) in we felt like she was rushing. She didn’t even ask did we like em. (She knew we hated the nails) didn’t offer to fix them, when I got my pedicure the water was freezing, she basically clipped one of my whole toe nails off. They charge 15 dollars for eyebrows waxing which I don’t know why because I didn’t get any special treatment and she use the razor….She charge me and my sister almost 60 dollars for gel polish when she couldn’t even file our shape out correctly, when the places we go to charge 45 50 in they do a perfect job. They charge extra for everything, one of they nail artist is using fake plastic nails and not the regular THEY SUPPOSE TO USE. They look cheaper, I asked her how much for a design she told me 110 for 10 fingers, what ! In when she was doing my nails yesterday, my hand is kinda bruised in she said “ What did you do get into a fight with your boyfriend” in then she giggled, I don’t consider that funny especially since I’m a victim of domestic abuse. Their not even worth it. I’ll never go back to spend my money there, I’m telling everyone about how we were treated.
