I was so excited that this location had opened up not even 10 minutes from my home. To say I am greatly displeased with my experience is an understatement! I went last night for my brazilian appointment and was experiencing a burning pain that I’d NEVER felt before! My tech continued to tell me it was fine and that I just had to keep breathing. After nearly 30 minutes of sweating, screaming, and begging for breaks, my appointment was finished. For nearly 2 HOURS after, all I could think about was how badly I wanted to sit on a bag of ice because of how bad I was hurting. Today in the shower I was still experiencing pain, so I took a look… I was BURNED! I have not had recent sun/UV exposure, no new tattoos, absolutely ZERO changes in my usual routine and my tech somehow burned me. I will be calling tomorrow to file an official complaint, but for now— STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
