I brought my daughter in after she botched her hair and a wonderful woman named Linda(I’m sorry if I got your name wrong) fixed her right up. She has a great sense of humor and didn’t make my daughter feel terrible about herself. Very good quality and very good service. We will see you in 5 weeks!

I wouldn’t come back to this salon or recommend it to anyone. Being greeted with “who you looking for?” Instead of “Welcome to Mike’s, have a seat, your stylist will be with you shortly” didn’t work for me. I had an 11:00 appt. with Maria. She didn’t introduce herself, ask what my name was or even apologize for being 20 minutes late for my appt. Maria didn’t listen to what length i wanted & after blow drying had to re-cut the back all over again. Overall everything felt rushed. She also never mentioned she only takes cash when I had her on the phone. That’s kind of important these days when most stores are encouraging cashless transactions. I gave 2 stars because I liked that she washed, cut & blow dried my hair as opposed to other places who let you walk out with wet hair.
