If you’re looking for a great haircut, look no further than Mike’s Barber Shop. Mike is always friendly and always tries to give you just what you asked for. The waiting time can get a bit long sometimes, but that mostly speaks to the quality of work done here. Plus, if you don’t mind waiting and having good conversation with strangers while having a beer from the mini fridge (customer and owner stocked), than it’s a good way to spend your time, and the wait is worth it.

I never write reviews, i am giving mike 5 stars. I had an appointment at 2pm didint get in the chair till 230pm but its all good. I just came in for a beard cut and he took his time, treated me right, had a good convo and the place is great. TV, Beer on tap at a barber shop cant beat it. Recommend it to anybody who needs a cut mans got a good eye for it and most importantly its a Mans cave away from home. Good Job Mike!

Great spot, been coming here for the last year now. Mike doesn’t lie when he tells you he’ll make you look good, every cut is detailed and done right. Everyone that works there has a great sense of humor. It’s worth going just for a laugh.

The first time I went to Mike’s I was in no rush (had to be home in 90 mins but only live 3 miles away). After sitting there for 55 minutes with one of the three customers that were in the chairs when I got there STILL in it I had to bail. Went back a few days later, sat for 30 mins waiting for a chair, and got a fabulous haircut. Guess I should also mention that its first-come first-served although they don’t have a signup board or anything, which I suppose is part of the problem.

If I could give this place a 0 I would …. made an appointment for 1:30pm….. arrived 15 minutes early…. it’s 2:15 pm and I still haven’t received my haircut …… after the gentleman who I spoke with on the phone (also a barber) finished with a haircut and then said “who’s next “ … I told him I’ve had an appointment at 1:30 he says “oh that guy is going to cut your hair, relax”

Not a very pleasant experience. I had to wait nearly an hour to find out that someone else was already ahead of me so I was going to have to wait at least another 45 minutes. I wish I had known this so either make an appointment in advance or come back another time. I ended up wasting my time and no haircut yet.
