The owner was very friendly and helpful, as I was in town for a day and wanted to tan. She suggested the best tanning option for my money and for the results I wanted. They also had a great selection of Australian Gold tanning lotions to choose from in both bottles and single-use packets. Highly recommended. I still have a few days left on my purchase and fear another lecture, but I have to say something. I see that most of the complaints are about my same issue. I pulled into the parking lot before 7:45, their open light was still on, as I got close to the door the light went out, she allowed me to tan but not without a stern lecture, I felt belittled. Sadly, the next time I went in (morning) a note must have been on my account, because I received yet another lecture, from a different person. I have been tanning there off & on for more than 10 years, without issue. It seems quality customer service is dying in this country.
