Not one who likes to leave bad reviews but this is just mostly out of frustration. I waited 2 months for my appointment with someone I had never been with and felt really over charged even when I went from wanting baby-lights to just a partial. The haircut turned out nicely but my roots unfortunately look awful ! Ugh! As a new mom I really wanted this to be a good experience based on all the wonderful reviews . So yeah :/

I haven’t found a good stylist for my hair in 12 years since moving here. Well I finally found one, Neftali did an amazing job. I was very specific on what I wanted and she delivered. She took her time and did an excellent job. The salon is clean and trendy. I will be going back.

Touch ups salon is amazing! I have been coming here for 4 years and won’t go anywhere else! All the staff are professional, friendly and sincere about educating their clients and caring about your hair. Hermon is the best! I started with her as she is a pro with thick( and curly) hair which for me has always been a blessing and a curse. She has made my hair look and feel the healthiest it’s ever been all while looking great! She’s also taught me so much about self hair care when at home. She never disappoints and is the sweetest! Anthony is the proprietor and is not only an amazing stylist but also has a great personality and sense of humor. It’s a salon where they take their profession very seriously and yet it has a fun and relaxing vibe.

This salon is set up well and very clean. All the staff are very nice and all are welcoming upon arrival. I love all the services I have had done to my hair. This is the only salon that I have ever returned to have my hair done many times. Stylist Anthony has a lot of knowledge about all hair types and does an excellent job. If you have curly hair, I highly recommend. I have not had any of the other stylists do my hair, but I have seen other clients hair and they look great.

I’m so glad I found TouchUps! My prior stylist had no idea what to do with my aging, curly hair. Courtney took the time to really listen to what I wanted, plus gave me the education necessary to help me embrace my curls! I love that she trains other stylists (shout out to Juan, you’re awesome!) and actively continues her education in the latest trends and techniques. On top of that, the atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly, and inclusive. My most recent visit to Courtney and Juan last week was excellent as always. And I know that someday when I’m ready to make that “big transition” to my natural gray, they’ll be there with me, every step of the way. Thank you!

My hair turned out perfect!!!! I have very long hair and do not trust many people to work with it. Lex was so kind and understanding. I am so happy that I was able to find TouchUps Salon!Edit: 8 months ago I went to TouchUps Salon and Lex saved my hair. She has continued to keep my hair in tip-top shape. She respects my long hair (below my waist) and does not pressure me to do more than I am comfortable.The other staff members are kind and helpful also. Courtney did a fantastic job with my highlights and haircut!! She was patient with me when I went back and forth with what I wanted. I showed her some pictures and thought I could get to my desired shade with some highlights, I was wrong!! She was upfront about pricing and never pressured me to do anything I was uncomfortable with.
